You are a critical bridge between our Advanced Research Center's Robotics Center of Excellence, Global Process Engineering teams and our shop-floor industrialization and operations teams. You will be tasked with scaling innovation into repeatable, high-impact solutions originating from our AMRT Automation Innovation Lab and external partners., Key Areas of Impact * People & Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing global automation and robotics development organization. You will foster a culture of technical excellence, lean methodology, and rigorous project execution. * Bridge-Builder & Collaborator: Act as a primary liaison between R&D, global process engineering teams, manufacturing facilities, and external partners. You will translate complex business needs into scalable technical deliverables that enhance process capability and repair speed. * Execution & Operational Rigor: Own the prioritization and delivery of automation projects.
