The Opportunity The Associate Database Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing automated data workflows that enhance performance data accessibility and reliability. This position is essential to advancing Performance and Platform Management's data-driven strategy by enhancing the accessibility and reliability of strategic data. This role supports the Performance Data Management team's mission to deliver real-time insights across operational, performance, and strategic domains-empowering smarter decision-making and greater efficiency across the Global Technology Organization. This is an exciting opportunity to design and implement automated data workflows that directly impact how data is accessed and used across the enterprise. You'll contribute to a centralized data warehouse and reporting hub that integrates diverse data sources and enables advanced analytics, automation, and decision support. This work is foundational to MetLife's ability to operate efficiently and respond to strategic challenges with agility. Success in this role requires strong analytic thinking and a passion for data engineering with an ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across technical and business teams.
