Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in Aerospace & Defense or other highly regulated manufacturing environments. * Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and MES system integration. * Prior ECC to S/4HANA transformation experience * Familiarity with Material Masters, Quality Notifications, Production Orders, Goods Movements, BOMs/Routings, and Change Management processes. * Experience with operational improvement initiatives within production, quality, or warehouse environments. * Understanding of warehouse automation, Industry 4.0 concepts, and digital quality systems. ## Description * The SAP Functional Analyst (PP/QM/IM-WM) supports manufacturing, quality, inventory, and warehouse operations by designing, optimizing, and sustaining SAP solutions across Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Inventory Management (IM), and Warehouse Management (WM). * This role partners closely with Production Operations, Quality Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT to drive efficient end to end execution of manufacturing and material movement processes., Production Planning (PP): * Configure and support master data and planning components, including Bills of Material, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, and MRP. * Support production order management, shop floor execution, scheduling, capacity planning, and demand alignment. * Troubleshoot PP-related integration points with QM, MM, and WM. Quality Management (QM): * Implement and sustain quality inspection processes including inspection plans, sampling procedures, usage decisions, and notifications. * Support incoming, in process, and final quality inspection workflows. * Enable continuous quality process improvement through analytics and automation. * Partner with Quality Engineering to ensure compliance with inspection and audit requirements. Inventory Management & Warehouse Management (IM/WM): * Configure goods movements, storage locations, warehouses, storage types, output messages, stock types, batch and serial management. * Support outbound delivery and inbound delivery processes. * Support put away, picking, transfer orders, physical inventory, and replenishment strategies. * Maintain end to end IM/WM integration with PP, MM, and QM. * Resolve operational issues related to warehouse execution, material availability, and staging.
