 * 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, enterprise architecture, software engineering, or IT modernization programs
 * Experience designing and integrating enterprise-scale IT systems within DoD, IC, or Federal environments
 * Strong knowledge of systems architecture methodologies, distributed systems, and enterprise integration patterns
 * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
 * Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and agile development methodologies
 * Experience supporting cybersecurity frameworks including RMF, NIST, Zero Trust, and secure system design
