Because you're an expert in making things better, you'll also recommend improvements to our existing strategy, security, and support processes. The ideal Senior Systems Specialist candidate has extensive server-level support experience and expertise in at least one other functional area, such as cloud services, security, and/or networking., * Help people and organizations maximize IT uptime and performance

 * Provide Tier II/III support for internal systems and client networks
 * Mentor support staff
 * Assess a variety of technology problems and resolve in a timely manner
 * Remote access implementation and support
 * Manage and troubleshoot Office 365
