## Description

Monitor and manage azure integrations and applications.

 * Ensure azure active directory (aad) configurations align with business requirements.
 * Architect build and maintain solutions in power platform including apps, flows, power pages and Copilot studio.
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups.
 * Implement and configure integrations with third-party software including out-of-the-box
 * Integrations and custom built applications
 * Monitor and design solutions to ensure seamless communication and data transfer between systems.
 * Provide technical support for third-party software issues.
 * Deploy regular system and infrastructure updates.
 * Document changes and update configurations as needed.
 * Train and mentor existing staff on new tools and technologies.
 * Document best practices, recommend system enhancements, work with system architects as a technical
 * Sme and create technical guides for reference.
 * Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and provide feedback.
 * Oversee projects related to existing and newly acquired vendor software.
 * Interface with business units to understand their technical needs.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement it solutions.
 * Gather feedback from business teams to continually refine it services.
 * Work with agency security engineers, to identify and remediate system vulnerabilities
 * Lead escalations involving multi-vendor collaboration to resolve complex integration, messaging,
 * Identity, and cloud service issues.
 * Develop, configure, and troubleshoot copilot studio bots and ai-driven workflows, integrating them
 * With enterprise data sources and power platform components
