This role combines desktop support, project setup, reporting, database work, troubleshooting, and learning the customized systems that keep our company operating. We value candidates with the ability to look at an unfamiliar operational or technological process, understand how its parts relate, read existing formulas or code well enough to follow the logic, ask useful questions, and gradually build a working understanding of our business systems.
