This role focuses on hands-on device preparation, imaging, asset management, shipping logistics, and onsite technical support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. The technician will work closely with a remote technical support resource who will handle system configuration, administration, and remote troubleshooting. This role is primarily responsible for physical IT operations, equipment handling, and onsite technical support functions requiring an in-person presence.
