You will facilitate dependency management, resolve blockers, improve delivery flow, and ensure teams stay aligned on priorities, risks, releases, and program-level commitments., * Facilitate Scrum of Scrums ceremonies, cross-team coordination meetings, dependency reviews, and delivery syncs * Track and escalate blockers, risks, cross-team dependencies, decisions, and action items through closure * Coordinate with scrum masters, product owners, delivery managers, architects, DevSecOps, testing, and program leadership * Support release planning, sprint alignment, PI planning, roadmap coordination, and readiness reviews * Maintain visibility into team progress, velocity trends, dependency health, and delivery risks * Drive consistent Agile practices, communication rhythms, and metrics across multiple teams * Support continuous improvement initiatives that improve predictability, transparency, and flow across workstreams * Use AI-assisted tools to summarize ceremonies, identify risks, draft status updates, and analyze delivery patterns PHYSICAL DEMANDS: * Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Inadev Corporation does not discriminate against qualified individuals based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disabilities and prohibits discrimination against all individuals based on their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation/gender identity, or national origin INTEGRITY AND COMPLIANCE NOTICE: All information provided by applicants must be complete, truthful, and accurate.
