## About the Role

Our client, a leading organization in safety and operational excellence, is seeking a Safety Support Administrator to join their team. As a Safety Support Administrator, you will be part of the Safety Department supporting safety initiatives and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization., + High school diploma or GED required.

 + 0-2 years of clerical or administrative experience.

 + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

 + Strong customer service and communication skills.

 + Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

## Description

+ Perform administrative tasks and support the Safety Department with daily operations.

 + Maintain and update safety-related databases and documentation.

 + Assist in processing HazMat shipper certifications and respond to certification inquiries.

 + Prepare safety reports and ensure compliance with training and certification requirements.

 + Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and support safety communication efforts.
