The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in designing scalable enterprise solutions and a solid understanding of Agentic Architecture and AI-driven business processes. The Solution Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to define solution strategies, architect integrations, and ensure successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives. Experience within collections and servicing operations is desirable but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities Design and architect end-to-end enterprise solutions leveraging Salesforce ecosystem products, including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud. Lead the architecture and implementation of MuleSoft-based integration solutions across enterprise applications and platforms. Define scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards. Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
