## Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Audio-Visual Engineer to lead the design, engineering, and execution of large-scale AV systems for hospitality and commercial environments. This role requires deep technical expertise, proven leadership on complex projects, and the ability to collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients from concept through commissioning., Design & Engineering

 - Lead end-to-end design and engineering of large-scale commercial AV systems

 - Produce detailed system designs, schematics, and specifications

 - Develop AV solutions for audio, video, control, networking, lighting integration, digital

signage, and conferencing

Project Leadership

 - Serve as technical lead on major design-build projects

 - Collaborate with architects, designers, IT, and construction teams

 - Provide technical guidance to project managers and installers

Installation & Commissioning

 - Oversee system installation and quality assurance

 - Lead testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system acceptance

Client Engagement

 - Act as technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders

 - Participate in design meetings, site walks, and presentations
