## Description

You will be reporting to the CIO and responsible for managing a brownfield SAP implementation, · Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, project plan and budget

· Identify, track, monitor and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of IT projects

· Define and communicate project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics that support business needs in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders in a clear and measurable manner.

· Identify, track, and manage project dependencies, critical path, schedule, milestones, and deliverables

· Identify project risks and problem areas and facilitate resolution or mitigation plans.

· Guide and direct organizing work with groups of people such as meetings, planning sessions, and training of team members and leaders - and have strong ability to prioritize and pivot in fast paced environment when needed
