What you'll do in the first year * Publish and align the organization on the Integrations Cloud North Star and its sequencing, and secure the investment to execute it. * Stand up the cross-functional integration-fit working group, ratify the field-level baseline definition, and pilot the AI gap-map on live deals - with a measurable reduction in integration-driven escalations and churn as the goal. * Bring order to the escalated-customer portfolio: eliminate uncommitted blockers, put SLAs on agreed gap-field work, and wire those commitments into the implementation plan. * Make demonstrable progress toward 100% baseline field coverage and ship the first self-service wiring (extendedFields) that removes Integrations Engineering as a bottleneck. * Deliver the near-term systems unlocks (cross-tenant identity, system-level workflow participation, aggregated reporting) that let Coursedog win system deals before the full platform exists. * Establish the operating cadence and metrics (reliability, SLA attainment, time-to-value, self-service adoption, retention) that make this an accountable, well-run organization. ## Related Videos - [Why make use of an integration platform in today's software developments and infrastructure?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/758-why-make-use-of-an-integration-platform-in-today-s-software-developments-and-infrastructure) - [Resolving technical debts in software architecture](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1680-resolving-technical-debts-in-software-architecture) - [Destigmatizing the Workplace: Building Real Inclusion](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1492-destigmatizing-the-workplace-building-real-inclusion) - [The Chief Joy Officer and Decoding Motivation@Work](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1501-the-chief-joy-officer-and-decoding-motivation-work) - [Your Code as a Crime Scene](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1342-your-code-as-a-crime-scene) - [WeAreDevelopers LIVE - How DevRel Makes Tech More Human](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2149-wearedevelopers-live-how-devrel-makes-tech-more-human) ## Related Articles - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [How We Built a Worry-Free System That Runs for 10+ Years – And What We’d Do Again](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/751-how-we-built-a-worry-free-system-that-runs-for-10-years-and-what-we-d-do-again) - [Events like RSAC Get You CISOs.
