We are not looking for someone to maintain dashboards. We need a technically grounded analyst who is energized by ambiguous problems, comfortable working with noisy and incomplete data, and excited about the possibilities that voice AI and conversational systems create., * 3-7 years of data analytics experience, with a meaningful portion focused on decision science, experimentation, or statistical analysis (not primarily dashboarding or BI) - Strong Python proficiency - used regularly for data manipulation, analysis, and exploratory work - Strong SQL skills - comfortable writing complex queries against large datasets * Experience with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse * Demonstrated ability to work with messy, incomplete, or unstructured data (text, audio logs, or similar) - Experimental mindset - experience designing A/B tests or other structured experiments and interpreting results rigorously - High degree of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity - this project does not have a fully defined roadmap * Strong communication skills; able to synthesize findings and present them to both technical peers and business stakeholders - Self-directed and proactive - must be comfortable driving work forward without a prescriptive set of requirements * Ability to work Eastern hours (at minimum, alignment with core team hours required) Nice to Have * Experience with Tableau or other visualization platforms * Familiarity with AI/ML systems or working alongside data science and engineering teams building predictive models * Prior exposure to voice AI, NLP, or conversational AI data pipelines ## Description We are seeking a Contract Data Analyst with a strong decision-science and experimentation background to join our AI product team. You will partner with a senior analyst already embedded on the project and work together to analyze outputs from our voice AI system, identify data quality gaps, drive experimentation cycles, and feed actionable insights back into the model improvement process. This is iterative, exploratory work - you will help define the analytical framework as much as execute against it.
