We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Analytics & Reporting Manager to join our growing team. The Data Analytics & Reporting Manager is responsible for managing business intelligence ("BI"), data analytics, and reporting for mortgage operations. You will manage and direct strategy over a multi-disciplinary team of business/systems analysts, data analysts, and report analysts in developing, implementing, and supporting Mortgage Operations BI, reporting and dashboard solutions. You will develop enterprise strategies and roadmaps to standardize, integrate, develop, and implement common solutions to support business transformation and process improvement initiatives. You are responsible for ensuring the successful execution of initiatives while providing reliable day-to-day data support for application and business processes.
