This is a builder role: part technical program lead, part business owner. The right candidate combines hands-on access control/security systems expertise with door hardware knowledge, and the entrepreneurial drive to stand up pricing, service, and monitoring offerings that turn one-time installs into long-term recurring accounts., * Design and launch CAS's Access Control RMR division, including service tiers, pricing models, contracts, and onboarding workflows. * Lead specification, design, and deployment of cloud-based access control systems (Brivo, Napco MVP, and similar platforms) across commercial, school, and public works clients. * Evaluate and recommend additional access control and cloud video/monitoring platforms to expand the RMR product line. * Integrate access control system design with door hardware requirements - electrified locksets, strikes, mag locks, panic hardware, and door position sensors - ensuring code-compliant, properly hardware-matched installations. * Build relationships with property managers, school districts, and commercial clients to convert one-time installation projects into recurring monitored/managed service agreements. * Develop standard operating procedures for system programming, credential management, remote monitoring, and ongoing service/support. * Coordinate with the field team on installation scope, hardware selection, and access control wiring/integration. * Track RMR growth, churn, and account health; report progress and financials to ownership. * Manage vendor relationships and certifications with Brivo, Napco, and other access control manufacturers. * Support proposal development and estimating for access control scope on new and existing projects. ## Related Videos - [Is it still C#?
