Nice to Have: * Experience working in the investment management industry. * Familiarity with Workday Reporting and Analytics . * Experience in managing integration-related projects and timelines. ## Description We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Specialist with deep expertise in both HCM (Human Capital Management) and FINS (Financials) integrations within the Workday environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for a professional with 5-8 years of experience in Workday integrations. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between Workday and various internal and third-party systems, supporting our complex financial and HR processes. As a key member of the IT team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams within the firm to drive successful integration projects. You will also play a vital role in configuring and managing Workday security to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of our sensitive business and employee data. You will report to the Head of Technology.
