 * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to diagnose problems quickly and efficiently.

## Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining computer systems and networks. This role requires a strong understanding of various operating systems and network protocols, as well as excellent customer service skills to assist students and staff effectively., * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and servers.

 * Install, configure, and maintain operating systems with a strong emphasis on MacOS
 * Monitor network performance and security by managing firewalls and TCP/IP configurations.
 * Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
 * Provide exceptional customer service by assisting users with technical inquiries and support requests.
 * Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex technical problems.
