As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers for a wide range of telecommunication products and services. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner while providing a high level of customer satisfaction., * Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues via phone, email, or remote support software

 * Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity, software, and hardware problems
 * Escalate and collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
 * Provide timely and accurate updates to customers on the status of their technical issue
 * Document and track customer reported issues and resolutions in our internal systems
 * Educate customers on how to use our products and services effectively
