The Senior IT Technician provides advanced technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and warehouse technology. This role independently diagnoses and resolves complex technical problems, serves as an escalation point for issues beyond the scope of IT Technicians, and provides day-to-day technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff. This is an individual contributor role and does not currently carry formal supervisory or people-management responsibility at this time. Ability to grow with the role highly preferred.
