## About the Role

* Excellent customer service, writing, and speaking skills
 * Strong troubleshooting abilities
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems
 * Basic knowledge of Active Directory
 * Basic understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, firewall port forwarding etc.
 * Ability to work independently
 * Ability to lift at least 30 pounds and climb stairs or ladders required
 * Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check required, * CompTIA, Microsoft and other certifications
 * Minimum education is completed Associates level degree in Information Technology or a related field
 * 1-2 years of experience in an IT help desk, system administration or a network technician role preferred, * Associate (Preferred)

 * Help desk: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

 * Moraine, OH 45439 (Required)

## Description

* Answer company phones and assist clients with technical issues or escalate to higher level of support
 * Provide technical support for Windows PCs, Office 365, printers and general end-user hardware and software support
 * Troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity, internet access, switches, firewalls, VPNs and related network infrastructure.
 * Assist with administration of Windows Server environments including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file storage and Microsoft 365 and backup and recovery solutions.
 * Create and manage user accounts, permissions and workstation deployments
 * Office 365 administration
 * Diagnose and repair desktop and laptop hardware and software issues including malware removal and hardware upgrades
 * Assist with the installation and support of surveillance cameras and access control systems (prior experience with these types of systems is a plus but not required, will train)
