## About the Role

* 1+ years of experience in a similar role
 * Associate's degree in computer technology field or comparable certification
 * Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and peripheral equipment
 * Experience troubleshooting network and telecommunication problems
 * Experience configuring PC software
 * Experience with a ticketing system
 * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 * Extensive knowledge of computer software and hardware
 * Ability to lift to 50 pounds independently
 * Must be comfortable working in a medical facility
 * Must be able to satisfy our client's requirements, including proof of required vaccinations, drug screening and adherence to HIPPA privacy regulations.
 * A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
 * Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
 * Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude

Sentinel is seeking a Service Desk Technician to support one of our valued customers. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while completing computer imaging, deployment, and replacement requests.
