Experience * 2-5 years of client service or operations experience in: Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) * Wealth Management Firm * Broker-Dealer * Financial Institution Preferred Experience * SEC Registered Investment Advisor environment * Charles Schwab Advisor Center * AdvisorEngine CRM * Tamarac portfolio management software * Microsoft Office Suite * Adobe Acrobat * Electronic document management systems ## Description The CSS serves as the primary operational contact for clients and provides exceptional service by supporting advisors throughout the client relationship. The CSS is responsible for account administration, client onboarding, account maintenance, cash management requests, and ensuring all client interactions are handled accurately, professionally, and in accordance with SEC regulations and firm policies. This position will also share responsibility for greeting and directing clients and other visitors; for screening and routing telephone calls and performing a variety of other office duties. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance. Duties and Responsibilities Client Relationship Support * Deliver outstanding service to clients by phone, email, and in person. * Serve as the first point of contact for routine client service requests. * Build and maintain positive client relationships consistent with the firm's fiduciary duty. * Respond promptly to client inquiries and coordinate follow-up with advisors. * Schedule client review meetings. * Maintain accurate client records and documentation. New Account Processing * Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients. * Prepare and process new account paperwork. * Assist clients with account documentation and electronic signature processes. * Monitor account opening status and resolve outstanding items. * Verify all required documentation has been received before submission.
