In this role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse data systems, optimizing Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations, ensuring accurate inventory records, and supporting daily warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with WMS, data analysis, Excel, and scan-based technology (PDA/RF Scanners), along with a solid background in warehouse operations and temporary workforce coordination. Responsibilities: * Data Management & Analysis: * + Collect, analyze, and report daily warehouse operational metrics, inventory accuracy, and productivity data. + Utilize Advanced Excel and data management tools to generate insightful operational reports for leadership. * WMS & Systems Support: * + Maintain and optimize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes. + Troubleshoot system errors, data discrepancies, and inventory mismatches in real time. * Scanning & Hardware Operations: * + Manage handheld scanning equipment (PDAs, RF scanners, barcode readers) and ensure accurate data collection across all operations. + Train warehouse personnel on correct scanning protocols and barcode system usage. * Warehouse Labor Coordination: * + Support daily warehouse floor operations to ensure smooth workflow execution. + Assist in managing and coordinating temporary workforce (temp staff) schedules, attendance, and task assignments. * Process Improvement: * + Identify process bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and standard operating procedures (SOPs). ## Related Videos - [Is it still C#?
