Preferred * Experience supporting payroll integrations, particularly CloudPay-Workday, or comparable third-party payroll/vendor integrations. * Familiarity with automation and AI tools (such as Claude) and experience enabling or training non-technical staff to use them. * Experience working within a governance/compliance framework and partnering with a Risk or internal controls function. * Experience managing work and project status in ClickUp or a similar work-management tool. * Exposure to professional services, accounting, or financial services environments. * Workday Pro certification(s) in Integrations, Reporting, or related tracks. * Technical Skills & Competencies * Drafted for your review - adjust to firm standards. * Workday: Integrations (EIB, Core Connector, Studio), Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Business Process Framework, Security Administration. * Data & integration concepts: XML/XSLT, REST/SOAP web services, data transformation and error handling. * Automation & AI: process automation design, prompt-based AI tooling, and end-user enablement. * Tooling: ClickUp (or equivalent), help-desk/ticketing systems, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams). * Soft skills: cross-functional collaboration, clear documentation, stakeholder communication, and a continuous-improvement mindset., * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). * 5+ years of relevant Workday and/or systems-integration experience, including demonstrated lead-level ownership of integrations, reporting, and configuration work. ## Description The Workday Integrations, Automation & Technical Lead owns the design, build, and ongoing health of Workday integrations and automations across Finance and HR. This role pairs hands-on technical work - integrations, custom reports, business processes, and security - with cross-functional coordination, partnering closely with Finance, HR, and Risk to deliver compliant, efficient, and well-documented solutions.
