You'll collaborate with architects, business analysts, developers, and government stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality CRM solutions that improve mission-critical services for our nation's Veterans., * Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions. * Develop plugins, workflows, business rules, forms, entities, and process automation. * Configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet evolving business requirements. Enterprise Integration * Develop integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate. * Support Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform integrations.
