## About the Role

* 8+ years of IT Service Management / Change Management
 * Strong ServiceNow Change Management experience
 * Experience with CAB processes and change governance
 * Strong knowledge of ITIL; ITIL 4 Foundation required
 * Working knowledge of CMDB, CIs, Service & Service Offerings
 * ServiceNow workflow, approval, forms, and reporting experience
 * Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics
 * Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
 * Experience with Incident & Problem Management integration
 * Knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD changes and change automation

Preferred:

 * Financial Services / Banking experience
 * ServiceNow CSA or CIS-ITSM certification
 * ITIL 5 / higher-level ITIL certification
 * Experience with change automation and AI-driven processes

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Change Management Specialist to manage and improve the end-to-end Change Management process, ensuring proper governance, risk assessment, approvals, and successful implementation of IT changes.
