## Description

We are seeking an experienced Vendor Manager to oversee third-party vendor relationships and ensure supplier performance aligns with program requirements. The role will be responsible for vendor governance, KPI tracking, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and ongoing service performance management., * Manage day-to-day relationships with third-party vendors and strategic suppliers.

 * Establish and maintain effective vendor governance and communication cadence.
 * Track vendor KPIs, SLAs, deliverables, quality, and service performance.
 * Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and prepare status reports and dashboards.
 * Identify, track, and escalate vendor issues, risks, and performance gaps.
 * Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive timely issue resolution.
 * Monitor supplier deliverables and ensure alignment with program timelines and requirements.
 * Maintain awareness of contracts, SOWs, SLAs, and commercial commitments.
 * Support vendor escalations, corrective action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Maintain accurate documentation, action logs, performance reports, and governance records.
 * Partner with Program Management, Operations, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure vendor activities support overall program objectives.
