This is a Temp to Hire hybrid position based in Charlotte, NC, requiring 25-30 hours per week. The IT Specialist will be responsible for software implementation and configuration, system administration, equipment deployment, cybersecurity, network support, technology planning, and technical assistance for staff. This position plays a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of technology systems that support daily operations while supporting strategic technology initiatives across the organization.
