This role partners to uphold data standards, manage intake and prioritization, monitor data quality, and maintain clear visibility into work, capacity, and release readiness. Data Team Process Execution * Partner with Data Team leadership to Design, implement, and improve team operating processes. * Align team processes with enterprise standards where applicable. * Administer and optimize Jira for the Data & Analytics team. * Define and enforce standards for tracking work, releases, and incidents. * Report on team performance, throughput, and bottlenecks. Data Quality and Standards Assurance * Facilitate quality assurance reviews to confirm production adherence to data standards. * Establish and monitor data quality controls and validation practices. * Identify, triage, and coordinate resolution of data quality issues. * Verify certification and trust requirements before data asset Intake and Work Management * Manage intake for data requests, enhancements, and projects. * Triage incoming work to support prioritization and timely action. * Maintain visibility into pipelines, priorities, and capacity.
