Preferred Technical Qualifications * Strong understanding of Linear Referencing Systems (LRS) and associated concepts. * Knowledge of the Utility and Pipeline Data Model (UPDM). * Experience supporting utility, pipeline, or infrastructure-related GIS environments. The ideal candidate will develop a comprehensive understanding of current data states, workflows, and business processes to design and implement effective GIS solutions, integrations, transformations, and deliverables. This role is responsible for GIS data analysis, data mining, technical support, database maintenance, quality assurance, and process improvement initiatives.
