## Description

Our team provides on-site IT technical support to SK Battery America employees, resolving a wide range of IT issues to help maintain a smooth working environment. We welcome applicants who want to grow in the IT field and build a long-term career with us.

## Responsibilities

 - Install, maintain, and provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment

 - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues

 - Respond to user IT inquiries and provide help desk support

 - Maintain OA/FA equipment and provide basic network support
