## Description

* Shadow department director and team lead during onboarding.
 * Follow and comply with informative training and reference materials.
 * Work with director and team lead to ensure quality in information handling and output.
 * Provide critical files for production process.
 * Supply accurate and timely throughput work within metrics-measured parameters.
 * Holistically support both upstream and downstream processes.
 * Supplement partner quality assurance efforts.
 * Create spreadsheets within specifications to feed a downstream process in a fast-moving environment.
 * Give and receive respect to teammates in an enriching workplace.
 * Give and receive feedback in a metrics-driven environment.
