Strong proficiency in one or more scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, JavaScript, or similar is required. Experience automating administrative, operational, and integration tasks through APIs, SDKs, REST services, CLI tools, and orchestration platforms is highly desirable. * Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and enterprise cloud technologies. * Strong experience providing advanced support for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. * A solid foundation in networking, servers, endpoints, infrastructure, and enterprise IT environments beyond Microsoft technologies. * Experience working with ITSM processes, ticketing platforms, change management, and incident management methodologies. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and technical projects. * Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to technical support. * A collaborative, team-first mindset with a willingness to take ownership and continuously improve.
