As a System Support Technician at Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our computer hardware, software, network connectivity, and peripherals. You'll design, configure, install, maintain, and repair systems while providing top-notch technical support to our on-site staff. This is your chance to make a real impact in a stunning resort environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities., * Enforce and Administer IT Policies + Manage user accounts, update software, set passwords, and maintain compliance with organizational policies and data security guidelines. * Troubleshoot System Malfunctions + Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal downtime and smooth daily operations. * Participate in Team Meetings + Attend and contribute to meetings to exchange vital information, discuss technical challenges, and stay aligned on priorities. * Install and Maintain Hardware & Software + Set up computer hardware, peripherals, and network equipment to support safe and efficient operations, including conference spaces and training rooms. * Deploy Software & Equipment for Staff + Install PC software, print drivers, scanners, and related tools to ensure all Sandestin personnel have the resources they need. * Support Network Operations + Work closely with the network to install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, ensuring seamless connectivity across the property. * Maintain Accurate Documentation + Keep detailed records of system permissions, network identifications, security access, licenses, and work logs to ensure organized and transparent IT operations.
