## About the Role

Do you have experience in PDM software?, * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering

 * Recent graduates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply
 * Experience with Creo
 * Experience with PDM systems, preferably Windchill
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
 * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

 * Familiarity with SAP
 * Experience working with machinery, heavy equipment, or manufacturing processes
 * Exposure to engineering testing, validation, or process improvement activities

Work Environment

 * Fully onsite position
 * Manufacturing/shop-floor environment
 * Business casual dress code
 * Less than 10% travel within nearby facilities and Midwest locations
 * Candidates must be comfortable working in a factory setting
 * Metatarsal safety boots required on the first day

## Description

We are seeking a Mechanical or Agricultural Engineer to support product design, testing, manufacturing process improvement, and engineering analysis activities for projects of moderate scope. This role works closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative manufacturing environment and contributes to design reviews, feasibility studies, process improvements, and technical documentation., * Support product design, testing, and engineering analysis activities

 * Analyze manufacturing and material processes to improve quality, efficiency, and cost performance
 * Develop and execute feasibility testing for engineering solutions
 * Assist in creating and maintaining engineering standards, specifications, and technical documentation
 * Participate in design reviews and provide input on engineering solutions
 * Identify process improvement opportunities and support change management initiatives
 * Coordinate assigned project tasks and support project execution activities
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and engineering groups
 * Conduct inspections and recommend corrective actions when needed
 * Maintain knowledge of relevant technologies, engineering standards, and industry practices
