Technical Experience * VMware vSphere and ESXi * Enterprise virtualization technologies * Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) * Microsoft Azure * Windows Server administration * Enterprise networking * Systems and server administration * Virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) * Enterprise storage and data center operations * IGEL thin client environments (preferred) Preferred Qualifications * Healthcare IT infrastructure leadership experience strongly preferred. * Experience supporting multiple enterprise data centers. * Experience with VMware Cloud Director (Broadcom) preferred. * Knowledge of ITIL principles, operational governance, and change management best practices. * Experience implementing infrastructure standards and improving operational maturity. * Experience supporting highly available virtual infrastructure environments. ## Description Hospital system is seeking a hands-on Manager, IT Infrastructure to lead the organization's enterprise infrastructure team supporting critical clinical and business operations across the health system. This leadership role is responsible for managing enterprise systems, servers, virtualization, networking, virtual desktop infrastructure, and on-premises data center operations while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership experience and a passion for mentoring teams, establishing operational standards, and driving infrastructure excellence. This individual will play a key role in modernizing infrastructure operations, improving consistency through change management and governance, and supporting the organization's continued technology initiatives.
