Preferred Technical Experience * SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager * Microsoft Intune * Windows Autopilot * MDT * Jamf * Win32 / MSI / EXE application packaging * PowerShell * Windows 10/11 * macOS * VDI * ServiceNow / JSM * Audio/Visual and conference room technology ## Description We are seeking an experienced PC Tech Admin / EUC Lead to provide senior-level, hands-on support for end-user technology in a fully onsite environment. This role will provide Tier 2/3 deskside support, lead and mentor desktop support teams, manage Windows/macOS endpoints, and oversee imaging, application packaging, deployment, and endpoint security. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in desktop infrastructure, endpoint management, software packaging, hardware troubleshooting, and onsite technical support. ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management * Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex onsite desktop incidents. * Guide, train, and support L1/L2 desktop support engineers. * Oversee ticket queues and ensure SLA compliance. * Create and maintain SOPs and Knowledge Articles. * Coordinate with IT project teams and hardware vendors for repairs and warranties. Endpoint Management & Imaging * Create and maintain Windows 10/11 and macOS images. * Manage OS deployment using SCCM, MDT, Intune, or Jamf. * Configure and manage Microsoft Intune and Autopilot. * Implement endpoint configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines. * Package and deploy applications using Win32, MSI, EXE, and PowerShell. * Ensure endpoints are properly patched and compliant with security requirements.
