Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills; ability to interface with executives and technical teams. Desired qualifications/non essential skills required: Experience in large enterprise or federal environments. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tooling (Jenkins, Bitbucket, UCD, SonarQube). Hands on experience with automation, generative AI features, and emerging ServiceNow capabilities. Ability to mentor teams, provide architectural governance, and lead technical roadmaps. ## Description The SAFE/ServiceNow Technical Architect serves as the lead designer and technical authority for enterprise ServiceNow solutions implemented within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. This role is responsible for defining architecture, guiding development teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving platform excellence across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other ServiceNow modules., Architect end to end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, Discovery, and Service Mapping. Apply SAFe principles to plan, design, and deliver scalable platform capabilities. Lead technical discovery, requirements analysis, and solution design sessions with product owners, stakeholders, and developers. Develop and maintain architectural standards, integration patterns, data models, and governance frameworks. Provide hands on technical leadership in workflow design, scripting, configurations, integrations (REST/SOAP), CMDB modeling, and automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub. Guide Agile teams during PI Planning, solutioning, sprint execution, backlog grooming, and technical decision making. Ensure platform health, performance, security, compliance, and upgrade readiness. Mentor developers, conduct technical reviews, and enforce best practices. Collaborate with enterprise architects and cross functional groups to align ServiceNow strategy with organizational roadmaps.
