## About the Role

* Experience providing Level 1/Desktop Support in a corporate environment.
 * Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems.
 * Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing tools.
 * Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
 * Familiarity with Active Directory, user account management, and basic network troubleshooting.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
 * Experience with computer imaging and device deployment.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 * Ability to prioritize multiple support requests and meet SLA targets.

Pay: $4,000.00 per month

## Description

We are looking for experienced IT Support Technicians to join an enterprise IT support project as an Independent Contractor, providing on-site support to one of our clients in North Carolina., * Provide Level 1 technical support for end users, resolving hardware, software, network, and account-related issues.

 * Manage and prioritize ServiceNow tickets, ensuring SLA compliance and accurate documentation.
 * Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and connectivity issues.
 * Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and end-user applications.
 * Perform computer imaging, deployment, and configuration of new devices.
 * Install software, drivers, updates, and security patches.
 * Escalate complex issues to Level 2/Level 3 support teams when required.
 * Track incidents through resolution and maintain clear communication with end users.
 * Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing equipment and recovering IT assets.
 * Maintain technical documentation and contribute to the knowledge base.
 * Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and application support teams on IT initiatives, hardware refreshes, and technology upgrades.
 * Deliver excellent customer service while supporting users with different levels of technical expertise.
