## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will own and shape value-stream and product-level architectures, ensuring alignment with Guardian standards and security. You collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Owners, and delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable, resilient tech solutions. You work within an Enterprise Architecture model to balance speed, risk, and governance while driving delivery across domains. You will lead proof-of-concepts, mentor engineers, and seek simplifications to improve delivery efficiency.
