## About the Role

* 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
 * Strong proficiency with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
 * Solid backend development experience in at least one of the following: Golang, Node.js, or Java
 * Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and scalable backend systems
 * Prior experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Engineering capacity
 * Deep understanding of system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
 * Experience working within Agile development frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

 * Background in aviation, transportation, or other safety-critical industries
 * Experience building or supporting microservices and distributed systems
 * Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
 * Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes
 * Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
 * Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and lead code reviews
