Develop resources and guidance to support successful implementation statewide. * Provide leadership in the collection, analysis, and reporting of program data to evaluate outcomes, support continuous improvement, and communicate the impact of CCD initiatives. * Develop, administer, and monitor the Counseling and Career Development division budget, ensuring responsible stewardship of state and federal resources. * Supervise, mentor, and evaluate division staff while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team focused on innovation, customer service, and continuous improvement. * Perform other duties as assigned to support the mission, vision, and strategic priorities of the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education., Read, analyze, and interpret professional journals. financial reports, and legal documents, as necessary. Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers regulatory agencies, or members of the community. Write complex reports in a prescribed format.
