You enjoy solving problems independently, but you know when collaboration will get to a better answer faster. You can dig through an unfamiliar codebase without panicking. You care about writing code that the next developer can actually understand. And when a technical decision needs to be explained to someone who doesn't write code, you can have that conversation without burying them in technical jargon. We're particularly interested in candidates with: * Strong C#/.NET development experience. * Experience with object-oriented design and enterprise application development. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent attention to detail. * The ability to independently manage priorities in a fast-moving consulting environment. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * The ability to quickly learn new frameworks, systems, and codebases. Even Better If You Bring... * Acumatica ERP development experience. * Experience with DACs, graph extensions, and BQL. * Experience with Acumatica's Modern UI, including TypeScript/Aurelia. * SQL Server experience. * Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations. * Familiarity with accounting, distribution, manufacturing, construction, or other ERP-driven business processes. ## Description Strategies Group is looking for an Acumatica Developer to join our Development Services team on a contract basis. You'll work across a variety of client environments, industries, and technical challenges-building custom Acumatica solutions, extending existing functionality, developing integrations, and troubleshooting the complex problems that don't come with an out-of-the-box answer. If you enjoy digging into a problem, figuring out how the pieces fit together, and building a solution you're proud to put in front of a client, we'd like to talk to you. What You'll Be Doing You'll partner with our Solution Architects, Project Managers, consultants, and development team to turn real client needs into effective technical solutions. Your work may include: * Designing and developing custom Acumatica ERP solutions using C#/.NET. * Building and extending DACs, graphs, and graph extensions. * Customizing Acumatica screens and workflows around unique client processes. * Developing integrations between Acumatica and third-party applications and services. * Troubleshooting existing customizations and solving complex technical issues. * Supporting testing, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live troubleshooting. * Participating in technical design conversations and code reviews. * Writing clean, maintainable, well-documented code. * Collaborating across project teams to deliver quality work on time and within project expectations. No two projects are exactly alike. You'll have the opportunity to work across different industries, business processes, integrations, and technical challenges while continuing to expand your Acumatica expertise. ## Related Videos - [Designing for Every Direction: Logical CSS for Global, Adaptive, and Effortlessly Reversible UIs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2026-designing-for-every-direction-logical-css-for-global-adaptive-and-effortlessly-reversible-uis) - [Grappling With Clunky Old Software?
