Preferred Experience * Experience driving enterprise-level technology transformations. * Proficiency in leveraging data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions. ## Description * Define and execute overall DevOps strategy * Build and manage high-performing DevOps team * Lead major releases and upgrades * Implement CI/CD pipelines * Ensure system reliability and cost-efficiency REQUIREMENTS Strategic Leadership * Define and execute the enterprise-wide DevOps strategy, aligning with organizational goals and objectives. * Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing DevOps organization, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence. * Foster strong partnerships with engineering, product, and business leaders to align DevOps goals with company priorities. * Spearhead, own, and be fully accountable for the planning, execution, and success of major technology initiatives, including releases and upgrades. Enterprise Process Optimization and Automation * Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient, reliable, and secure software delivery at scale. * Drive enterprise-wide automation initiatives for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and maintenance. * Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of DevOps practices and continuously identify areas for improvement.
