## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in Business/Computer Science or similar
 * 3+ years of experience in enterprise data and analytics roles
 * Track record of leading & developing value-add analytics solutions
 * Ability and desire to coach and mentor junior analysts
 * Experience with Microsoft and Snowflake technical stacks (preferred)
 * Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum framework (preferred)
