This role plays a critical part in coordinating communication and workflows across complex infrastructure and energy projects., * Develop and implement an Interface Management Plan (IMP) for assigned projects, outlining strategies, processes, and tools for effective interface identification and resolution. * Proactively identify potential interface conflicts and interdependencies between project disciplines, engineering teams, construction crews, subcontractors, and external stakeholders (e.g., regulatory bodies, landowners). * Facilitate regular interface meetings and workshops with relevant parties to discuss interface points, track progress, identify roadblocks, and agree on resolution strategies. * Establish and maintain an Interface Register, documenting all identified interfaces, their status, responsible parties, and resolution plans. * Act as a central point of contact for all interface-related queries and issues, ensuring clear and consistent communication across project teams. * Monitor and track the closure of interface actions, escalating unresolved issues to project leadership as necessary to prevent project delays or cost overruns. * Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure all interface requirements are clearly defined and met throughout the project lifecycle. * Prepare regular reports on interface status, progress, and key performance indicators for project management and senior leadership. * Contribute to the development of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives for interface management within Primoris Services Corporation. * Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, safety regulations, and project-specific requirements., We are not accepting resumes from Third Party Recruiting Firms for this position.
