## Description

Are you a U.S.-based professional looking for a straightforward, retainer-based partnership in international trade and regulatory compliance?
We are an expanding international manufacturer launching high-quality product lines into the United States market. As part of our U.S. expansion, we are seeking a dependable, responsive U.S. Agent for FDA Establishment Registration to serve as our official local liaison.
What You'll Do (Scope of Role)

 * Serve as Official Liaison: Act as the designated U.S. point of contact between our facility and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
 * Handle FDA Communications: Receive and forward official FDA notices, regulatory queries, and emergency correspondence directly to our compliance team.
 * Facilitate Inspection Readiness: Assist in coordinating communications should the FDA schedule facility audits or query import shipments.
 * Confirm FDA Registration: Electronically verify your designation on the official FDA portal.

Note: This is strictly a regulatory communications role - no sales, marketing, or product liability handling required.
