This position is responsible for managing websites and digital platforms, supporting technology-enabled business processes, enhancing communications, developing reports and analytics, and improving the overall experience for students, instructors, and staff. The successful candidate will work closely with Training Center leadership, administrative departments, and technology partners to implement innovative solutions that improve efficiency, communication, and educational outcomes., Digital Platforms and Website Management * Manage and maintain the Training Center website and related digital platforms. * Monitor website performance, user activity, and online registration processes. * Maintain website content and ensure information remains accurate and current. * Analyze website traffic and user engagement to improve the user experience. Communications & Member Engagement * Manage digital communications including email, text messaging, website updates, and social media. * Develop and schedule content across multiple communication channels. * Monitor communication analytics and recommend improvements. * Support outreach efforts to apprentices, journeypersons, instructors, staff, and industry partners. Data Management and Reporting * Maintain and improve data quality across multiple systems and platforms. * Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational decision-making. * Create and analyze reports using Excel and other reporting tools. * Assist with performance metrics and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking. Technology Support and Training * Serve as a technology resource for Training Center staff and students. * Provide training and support for administrative and educational technology systems. * Assist users with website access, digital records, communications platforms, and related technologies. * Support system administration and user access management for Training Center applications.
